Lincoln Manor Association is a private community of 429 attached townhome units in a park like setting of approximately 45 acres. We are located in northwest Santa Rosa, California between W. 8th and 9th Streets and on HOA owned and maintained streets: Simpson Place, Rockwell Place, Agnew Place and Blair Place, Damon Court, Derico Court, Ruth Court, Rainbow Court and included homes on Simpson and Trowbridge Streets.
We have a beautiful pool area off with two pools. Adjacent to the pool area is a basketball area, picnic area and playground. There are six other playgrounds and several other picnic areas located in areas off Simpson Place, Rockwell Place, Trowbridge, Agnew Place, Blair Place and Ruth Place.
Lincoln Manor Homeowners Association is registered as a California non-profit HOA. Located at 970 W. 8th Street is the on-site office which is staffed by an administrative assistant, our maintenance and ACC staff.
